Target Applicants: University (graduate) students with immigrant backgrounds, including those from multicultural families, children of North Korean defectors, international students, and overseas Koreans.
Applicants must be able to participate for at least 10 months (students on leave are eligible, but graduating students are not).
Number of Participants: 20 students
Benefits:
Scholarship (200,000 KRW annually)
Activity allowance (7 times a year, varying from 60,000 KRW to 120,000 KRW depending on youth matching ratio)
Mentorship training for enhancing mentor capabilities
Vacation programs (such as sports competitions and visits to Kolon Group)
Career and job mentoring with Kolon Group employees
Incentive for selected outstanding long-term mentors

Results of Document Screening: January 31 (Fri)
Interview Screening: February 7 (Fri)
Final Results: February 12 (Wed)
