Who We Are & Who We’re Looking For
As part of the Business Development Department, the Global Strategy Team at Neople drives global expansion through market research, strategic planning, and cultural insights. We seek a globally experienced strategist with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a passion for identifying new opportunities to expand Neople’s portfolio. This individual should excel at analyzing gaming market trends, fostering strategic partnerships, and engaging global users.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Identify and analyze global gaming trends, player behaviors, and competitor movements to deliver actionable insights.
Research & Cultural Insights: Provide in-depth research on global culture, social issues, and player preferences.
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategies to expand Neople’s gaming portfolio and enter new markets.
Opportunity Identification: Evaluate emerging markets for potential expansion and opportunities to grow the Dungeon & Fighter IP globally.
Required Qualifications
Fluent or native proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(Open to foreign nationals, but fluency in spoken and written Korean is required.)
Extensive experience living abroad with a deep understanding of Western culture and gaming trends.
Strong ability to analyze global gaming markets and derive actionable insights.
Highly autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desired Qualifications
Passionate gamer with experience across multiple genres and platforms.
Extensive knowledge of gaming culture and subcultures worldwide.
Understanding of Neople’s game titles and the Dungeon & Fighter IP.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Confluence).
Experience using or managing social media platforms (X, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok).
Required Documents
