With the new semester just around the corner, the Seoul Immigration Office will open a dedicated counter for international students.
The counter will assist those applying for a visa that permits university studies and those seeking to extend their stay for the next semester.
This service is available to holders of D-2-1, D-2-8, D-4-1, and D-4-7 visa types.
The counter will be available during the following periods: February 17–28, 2025, and March 17–28, 2025, during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding the lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
During these periods, applicants do not need to make a reservation in advance. They can obtain a number ticket at the immigration office to wait for their turn.
