It’a program created by the MSS(Ministry of SMEs and Startups) to address the workforce shortage in domestic SMEs by supporting the recruitment of international students into SMEs.
It’s an integrated foreign workforce supply system that provides comprehensive support, from capacity building to train international students as skilled professionals needed in the industrial field, to the operation of a job-matching platform specifically for international students to address employment mismatches due to lack of job market information. Additionally Visa nominatio ns(E-7-1, E-7-4) are provided for 24 technical sectors to support the long-term employment of foreign workers.
