Hello I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2bhk house in Yeonhui-dong near hongdae and sinchon. I cannot attach all the pictures here, so feel free to reach me out on my kakao ID @nikishere
Here are all the details:
Rent: 500000
Deposit: 1 million won
Electricity,gas,water separately
Perks:
Located in a prime residential area and still near bustling streets of hongdae and sinchon.
Hongdae station is just 7 mins away. The house is semi basement with a large kitchen and bathroom. The other tenants are very well Behaved and area is pretty safe.
Daiso and Olive young are located at just two minutes distance while convenience store is just 30 seconds away.
The house has two rooms, and I am keeping the smaller room as I stay at house rarely. I’m renting out the Big room, which is semi furnished, has air conditioner and is quite big for one person.
I’m looking for someone who will live in harmony and will keep the house clean. I would like to share the house with someone who is easy going and good at communicating.
The contract is till June 2027, but if you want to make it slightly shorter than that, you can let me know..
